As we age everything tends to compound including the effort now needed to maintain a good balance. It can be overwhelming to confront the truth and effort required for change, and particularly so if we like the safety our 'comfort' zone. Eating what and when we like, creating a habitude of activities that require no effort like countless hours of screen time.

Two realisations are needed: Acknowledgement then Action.
If you can't acknowledge then there will be no action and your condition will worsen without doubt.
Secondly, there will be no action and without action there will be no change. Catch 22....

Your Mindset

Weekly sessions that cover strength, mobility, flexibility, and functional movement.
I will upload new content weekly, and all will be available 24/7 for reference or to suit your schedule or pace: progressive sessions, well-articulated directions, and even a forum to chat and ask questions.
I won't be giving dietary advice but I will share and post on the main things I avoid, and my basic diet, and also I'll be posting recipes and cooking videos for those who wish to make further positive changes. Realizing that if you have been out of action for a while it takes time and it's up to the individual to turn up to begin the change. I'm here all the way.

Movement as a form of Medicine.

It is good for you, strengthens, makes you feel amazing, fortifies the immune system, and lifts you psychologically. Acute exercise stimulates the interchange of innate immune system cells and components between lymphoid tissues and the blood compartment. Although transient, a summation effect occurs over time, with improved immunosurveillance against pathogens and cancer cells and decreased systemic inflammation.

One Minute Workout is about me motivating and getting you either underway again or moving you in the right direction within your physical means. The program ensures subscribers keep within their capabilities, transition slowly, and carefully, and enjoy and appreciate the smallest victories that will come through commitment and consistency.
